The JV Coaching staff is asking for your help to provide a pre-game and post-game meal  for the 2017 - 2018 season. The Pre-game meal is a neccesity of any football team before playing a game. Examples of good meals include pastas. subs/sandwhiches, chicken, starchy vegtables. Generally greasy foods like pizza or red meats are not a good pre-game meal. As far as post-game meals for home games they are not needed however if the players could be given a sports drink they would greatly apprectiate it. But for away games I would prefer that they have some sort of snack/PB and Jelly sandwich afterwards for the trip home along with a sports drink. Please sign up using the following link It is the resposibility of all parents to help in this aspect to provide for the team regardless if your child plays during the game. Please keep in mind that your child may not play but they will still be provided food.

For a team: Trust, Commitment, Care

For an Individual: Education, Dedication, Character

These traits are our foundation.

  • Be Tough, Play Physical: a tough, physical football team has a chance to win every game
  • Hard work will pay off: in the weight room, on the field, in the classroom
  • Toughness can be taught
  • Know the strengths and weaknesses of your team and of yourself
  • Every problem has a solution. Be apart of the solution, not part of the problem.
  • An average player can become a great player with fundamentals.

"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will."
